Capacity Law.
The Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 has changed how we support people who may have lost capacity to make decisions, or who may need help. The law has introduced a tiered system of decision-making supports. These supports are tailored to the person’s needs and their level of capacity. The new law provides for Decision-Making Assistants, Co-Decision Makers, Decision-Making Representatives, Attorneys, and Designated Healthcare Representatives. If you would like further information on our capacity law services then you can email or contact us and a member of our staff will only be too happy to help you in any way we can. |
