Simon McElwee, partner
Originally from Donegal, Simon graduated from Trinity with an LL.B in 2005. He completed his traineeship with a boutique commercial firm in Dublin and joined Joseph P Farrell Solicitors in 2009 (subsequently Farrell McElwee Solicitors LLP). Simon has successfully concluded many complex High Court medical negligence and personal injury actions and has extensive experience in Circuit Court and High Court family law, commercial litigation, estate litigation, shareholder disputes and the sale and purchase of companies.
